“They gave me an estimate after surveying my present system. Then they came out a second time to solve some concerns I had. They did an excellent job solving them. They set a date to do the work. Showed up as promised, finished the complete removal of all the old system and replaced it with the 95% efficient system all in one day (12 hard working hours) with people that knew what they were doing. Next day, they had a county inspector come out (no charge to me) and give his approval. That same day a technician came out to make sure everything was working correctly. We had one small glitch, but it was fixed immediately. They did the best job of all heating and A/C companies I have used. Some I have used are complete rip off artists. This company and its employees were very professional in every way.” |
