“They did the installation 2 ½ weeks ago and came last week to settle the bill. From the day they came out to give me the estimate, they were completely professional. We discussed everything, and I contacted them several times with questions. There was always a return call, when they were not available the minute I called them. They were here on time. They told me up front that it would take two days and they did the work as promised. The actual installers were extremely professional, and they knew what they were doing. They were not afraid to answer any questions about the unit. I am not a heating and air conditioning person, so I sometimes had questions about how things worked. They were not necessarily the cheapest in the market, but they quoted me a high end Trane unit and another competitor quoted a different brand for more money.” |
