 John Graham - President
Mountain Air Mechanical was established in 1996 by John Graham. John is a licensed HVAC contractor with over 23 years of experience in the HVAC field. In addition to his HVAC license, John holds many degrees and certifications such as an Associate degree in Specialized Technology, universal refrigeration certification, certifications in refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and solar. He is NATE certified in 5 categories. John is also a member of the Asheville Home Builders Association. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies are water skiing, snow skiing, riding motorcycles, and watching his children in their activities.
Carol Graham - Office Administrator
Carol holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration and brings over 25 years of experience in customer relations and office administration. She enjoys time with her family, as well as, snow and water skiing, riding dirt bikes, and watching her children's sporting events.

 Karen Sellers - Administrative Assistant
Karen joined the Mountain Air Mechanical team in February 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University. Karen brings over 13 years of experience in customer relations and accounts payables. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, and their two wonderful daughters.

 Brian McDonald - Service Manager
Brian brings over 15 years of experience in all phases of the HVAC industry, including the experience gained from being a business owner of his own HVAC company for 2 years. Brian is NATE certified and holds many other certifications from 1994 to present on all different major and minor brands of HVAC equipment and refrigeration installation and service and advanced certification in heat pump electrical, refrigeration, geothermal and advanced electrical schematics, universal and R-410A refrigerant certifications. Brian has resided in Hendersonville for the last 16 years. He is happily married and a father of four wonderful children.

 Roman Kuznetsov - Installation Manager
Roman oversees all aspects of the installation process. He began his career with Mountain Air Mechanical as an apprentice in the Installation Department, and was promoted to mechanic and service technician. Roman is NATE certified and has a Lead and a universal refrigeration certification. He has also participated in the Rinnai Training Program. Roman is happily married and a proud father of one.

 Danny Dill - Comfort Consultant
Danny is an Army veteran with 10 years of service including Operation Desert Storm. He was awarded 2 Army Achievement Awards, 1 Army Accommodation Award, a Good Conduct Award and an Army Combat Ribbon. Danny is a Trane Boot Camp graduate with over 15 years of experience in Sales and Public Relations. Married with two daughters, Danny has been a Youth League coach for 17 years and the President of the Youth League for 3 years. Danny enjoys baseball, softball, stock car racing, boating, hunting and fishing. Danny is also a proud grandfather.
